Mediation, arbitration, and some other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) are widely used to resolve disputes on construction projects. Learn how the AIA Contract Documents address the use of ADR proceedings, and learn how the American Arbitration Association facilitates the implementation and management of mediations, arbitrations, and dispute avoidance and resolution boards on US-based and international projects.
