The updated Guide for Sustainable Projects is a free tool that explains the roles and responsibilities of the owner, architect, and contractor regarding sustainable design and construction projects. 

It addresses topics such as materials transparency; resilience; environmental product labels and certification systems; and jurisdictional requirements relevant to sustainable projects. It also includes samples of completed sustainability plans based on LEED®, WELL™, and IgCC certification systems to use as reference when preparing a Sustainability Plan.
